AI Chat

AI Chat at /camp/chat is a standalone chat, separate from any workspace. Use it for things that aren’t about a specific document, unlike Chat with Docs, which answers from a file open in a study session.

How to use it

1. Go to /camp/chat.
2. Start typing. There’s no file attached, so it’s a blank conversation.
3. Your conversation history is saved and listed for later.

What you should see

A regular chat thread with no document context, and past conversations in a history list on the side.

Good to know

• General purpose: brainstorming, drafting, coding help, or questions unrelated to your uploaded files.
• Premium models on Pro: Pro Student uses a higher-quality model for chat than Free.

Limits and costs

50 credits per message.

If it doesn’t work

Response feels shallow compared to Chat with Docs: AI Chat has no file context by design; if your question is about a specific document, use Chat with Docs in a study session instead.
