Course Setup

Instead of creating each class one by one, upload a syllabus or study plan and let Studycamp build your semester for you.

How to use it

  1. Go to /camp/courses/setup.
  2. Upload your study plan or a document listing your classes.
  3. Wait while Studycamp detects courses and events from it.
  4. Review the detected list: each course and event has a checkbox. Uncheck anything you don’t want created.
  5. Click Apply to create workspaces for the courses you kept.

What you should see

A review table with the courses and events Studycamp found, then, after applying, a confirmation showing how many workspaces were created and which ones were skipped (usually because a workspace with that name already exists).

Good to know

  • Nothing is created until you click Apply. The detection step only stages a proposal.
  • Course creation respects your plan’s workspace cap; if detection finds more courses than you have room for, some will be skipped.

Limits and costs

Importing a study plan costs 400 credits. See Usage Limits.

If it doesn’t work

No courses detected: the uploaded file needs to actually contain a schedule or list of classes; a single lecture PDF won’t produce anything. Try your official syllabus or semester plan instead.

Some courses skipped after Apply: you likely hit your workspace cap. Check the skipped list, then create the rest manually after upgrading or deleting old workspaces.
